When permitted by law DCIT will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of DCIT for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services or Software (or, if we choose, to supplying you the Services or Software again).
In all cases DCIT will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
DCIT discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on DCIT’s behalf or to provide services available as DCIT’s service, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using DCIT’s Services, Software or Website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
DCIT will never rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. If you are a registered user of a DCIT service and have supplied your e-mail address, DCIT may occasionally send you an e-mail to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with DCIT and our products.
DCIT takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
