DCIT, a.s. ("DCIT", "we" or "us") provides this Terms of Use to inform users about our policies and procedures related to Audit Square services ("Services"), Audit Square SW components ("Software") and this website (the "Website").

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

This Terms of Use may be updated from time to time for any reason, at our sole discretion. We will inform you of any changes to our Terms of Use by posting the new Terms of Use on our Website. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of Audit Square Services, Software or Website after any change in this Terms of Use will constitute your acceptance of such change.

Terms of Service

When permitted by law DCIT will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of DCIT for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services or Software (or, if we choose, to supplying you the Services or Software again).

In all cases DCIT will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

Privacy Policy

DCIT discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on DCIT’s behalf or to provide services available as DCIT’s service, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using DCIT’s Services, Software or Website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.

DCIT will never rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations, as described above. DCIT discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when DCIT believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of DCIT, third parties, or the public at large.

If you are a registered user of a DCIT service and have supplied your e-mail address, DCIT may occasionally send you an e-mail to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with DCIT and our products.

DCIT takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
